Our History
“Yes, it was a long time ago and boy do the years fly by, but back in the early 80’s we used to support a group of wonderful people who came together to fundraise for Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital in London, England. As picutured here, every year they would hold a fantastic gala event and raise funds for the hospital. This was our inspiration. Turn the clock forward and here we are today. Yes, we have aged since this phtograph was taken at one of the galas, (reserve the comments please) but we are just as passionate to help children and others in need or less fortunate than ourselves. After emigrating to the US with a young family and making Central Florida our home, years of hard work with business ventures and learning curves, we have the opportunity to give back. Although we both believe that we are still in our twenties, our three children and six grandchildren remind us of the reality. They remind us every day just how lucky we are, which brings us full circle as to why we do this. To give back and we hope that you will join us.”

Through the organization of fundraising events, we have been fortunate enough to be able to provide donations to well-respected charities.
The Moth Foundation Board and Committee members are all volunteers, and the registered 501(c)(3) incurs no personnel or other administrative overhead costs.
100% of proceeds from fundraising events are donated to charities.
